I am excited to introduce a retreat in the hinterland behind my back yard, beautiful Cabarita Beach. Where the rainforest meets the ocean this 10acre retreat is a sanctuary.

A time to explore the senses of body and mind and to simply soak in the warm days, eat nourishing summer food and experience the extended restful yoga team up North.

This retreat brings you back to the joy that is present in each moment, to breath in nature and relax into your true self.

If you can add on a few days to enjoy this amazing part of NSW you won’t be sorry. Beaches, walks everything about it is magical. We include transfers, a massage, accomodation, all meals, champagne, Ink Gin tasting, very fun and exciting activities and of course restorative yoga.

Numbers are limited. The rooms are very large twin suites with their own bathrooms. Some with amazing views and bath.
